EMERITUS PROFESSOR DATO’ DR. IR. MUHAMAD ZOHADIE BARDAIE

Executive Chairman

Professor Zohadie received his Doctor of Philosophy degree in Systems Engineering from Cornell University, USA in 1979. He retired as a professor in the Faculty of Engineering at Putra University Malaysia (UPM) on December 2006. While at UPM, he has served as the Dean of the Engineering Faculty (1988-1993), the Deputy Vice-Chancellor for Developmental Affairs (1993-1999), and the Vice Chancellor/President (2001-2005).

He has produced more than 200 publications in the subjects of machinery and systems engineering, energy, engineering education, and entrepreneurship & innovation. He is a registered professional engineer with the Board of Engineers Malaysia. His membership in professional societies include as Member of the International Council on Systems Engineering, The New York Academy of Science, and The Club of Bologna.

Currently, he also served as the Chairman of Perunding Bakti Sdn Bhd, an engineering consultancy company; member of the board for Inno Biologics Sdn Bhd, a national biotechnology company; and member of the board for Selangor Industrial University (UNISEL), a state-owned private university.

ZULKIFLI ISMAIL

Chief Executive Officer

Zulkifli Ismail graduated from Putra University Malaysia (UPM) with a Degree in Engineering in 1981. He started his career as a Project Officer with Development Bank Malaysia in 1984. He started his involvement in construction industry since 1985 and has been exposed in managing various construction projects.

He was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Foresight Industries Sdn Bhd in January 2009.

AIDI ROSLAN ABU BAKAR

Aidi Roslan Abu Bakar graduated from MARA Institute of Technology (UiTM) with an Advanced Diploma in Accountancy in 1986. He started his career in 1987 with Coopers & Lybrand, an international accounting firm that exposed him to accounting, auditing and taxation of companies in multi industry, private, public or multinational owned.

He serves Johor Corporation Group of companies from 1990 to 2002, where his involvement in the medical industry begins. As the General Manager (Pharmaceutical) Kumpulan Perubatan (Johor) Sdn Bhd, he is responsible in overseeing the operation of retail pharmacy, trading of pharmaceutical, medical disposable and health products, and central purchase for the hospitals operation.

During his employment with Johor Corporation Group, he also serves as a director of various companies within the group in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Philippines. He was exposed to various businesses such as franchising, plantation, property development and financial services. He holds an Investment Advisory License in Malaysia from year 2000-2002.

He was appointed as director of Foresight Industries Sdn. Bhd. since 30th November 2005.
